The Knock-Down model separates into three manageable sections to allow a single operator to transport the entire unit.
The Knock-Down Adjustable Battery Service Stand is a portable service station for forklift batteries, ideal for providers who maintain batteries on-site at customer facilities. Technicians need 360-degree access to properly service batteries; these units provide that access, along with adjustable-height legs to service batteries from trucks with varying compartment heights.
Each Knock-Down Adjustable Battery Service Stand separates into three manageable sections to simplify transportation. Caster wheels and a dolly grip allow a single operator to move the heaviest section: the steel, powder-coated frame. Roller beds separate into two units for lighter-weight handling. This design allows one technician to load the Service Stand into and off of trucks, without compromising on unit strength or durability.
